I'm in my late 20's and was told buying things like Ceramide Time Complex Capsules by Estee Lauder would be a waste of money and I'm too young to worry about these things.

I rarely drink, and I don't smoke, yet I'm starting to see crow's feet and keep thinking about the Ceramide capsules. Should I get them, or is it a waste of money like my friends said?
