A couple interesting stories I came across today. We’re heard how high heels are supposed to improve your sex life. Well now they’re saying that flats are dangerous and can lead to various health concerns.

And a little article about the keys to feeling sexy with high heels is about matching under garments.

    It’s crazy! The number of different articles we see on this… firstly saying that heels are bad altogether and then saying that flats are bad! The key is to get a mix, wearing heels every day all day isn’t going to do anyone any good but wearing them ocassionally when you want to dress up is fine! As long as you have a spare pair of comfy flats in your bag!
