Boots with high heels or a pair of strappy stilettos will compliment any outfit, making the wearer the "Belle of the Ball", even if the ball is the grocery store and an afternoon filled with errands.

One prototype photo shoot for a national shoe chain, complete with some of the biggest names in hip-hop dance and urban apparel, didn't include one pair of flats, but stiletto boots, high heels in the form of wedges, espadrilles and pumps, and every other type of sexy shoe imaginable.
And what about the "big screen"! Our favorite stars light up the cinema with some of the best (and worst) outfits, making sure their shoes, sexy or not, are one of the main focal points of their ensemble. Close-up shots are taking a backseat to full-length ones due to the invention of High Definition televisions and DVD players-aka "Wrinkles "R' Us"), so sexy shoes and boots are the finishing touch to complete their full wardrobe. A somewhat high heel "granny boot" worn by Helena Bonham-Carter in Tim Burton's "Sweeney Todd" was an ideal choice for the mother-to-be to portray Mrs. Lovett, as Helena was pregnant while filming the flick. A blood-red ribbon replaced the traditional laces, lying wide and flat against the leather, altering what some might consider one of the most boring high heels of an era gone-by to an incredibly sexy shoe. These boots did some serious justice in creating the right look.
